Service
ChainLabel provides crypto wallet address labels via API and file export. Labels are aggregated from multiple sources and provided as-is; they are a signal for triage, not a definitive compliance verdict.
Billing
Plans are prepaid and billed monthly. Usage is metered per address lookup (one address lookup = one label). Quotas are hard caps with no overage — upgrade for more.
Monthly allowances do not roll over. Your label quota resets at the start of each billing period; any unused address lookups from the previous month are forfeited and do not carry forward.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any plan, in whole or in part, including for unused quota, mid-cycle cancellations, or downgrades. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan. Payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't resell raw access, abuse rate limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
